Last week I got to shoot at the Golden Gate Bridge with Caila Quinn and her fiancé Nick during their time visiting San Francisco. We did a shoot in their hotel in the morning and then in the evening headed out for this engagement session at the Golden Gate Bridge (with our fingers crossed for good weather). There are a ton of great spots to take photos in San Francisco to have the iconic Golden Gate Bridge in the background. For this shoot we decided to head just north of the city and shoot from the Sausalito side. The fog and clouds rolled in about an hour before we were supposed to shoot so I was pretty nervous but as we were driving over the bridge the weather started to clear and it ended up being so beautiful. We just had to deal with the crazy winds that we’ve been having lately. The weather here is unpredictable but it’s always beautiful, even in the fog.
Caila and Nick met through a mutual friend and are getting married this month! I’m so glad I got to meet and work with them during their time visiting San Francisco. They are so kind and sweet and a lot of fun to hang out with. They were also so easy to work with and it’s clear how much they love each other.
